MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, or to see the Nurse Practitioner, is well covered by insurance. We accept many health insurance plans. We partner with the following carriers:

Estimated payments and co-pays are due at the time of service and typically range from $25-$35.
LIFE COACHING is not covered by health insurance. Sessions are $45/hr or the purchase of three sessions for $120. Payment is due at the time of service.
THERAPY is self-pay or currently covered by UMWA, Select Health, PEHP, HSA, Vocational Rehab, and grant funding to those who qualify. We will work over the coming months to credential with more carriers. The self-pay rate is $75/hr.
Positive Pathways require a 24-hour notice when canceling appointments ($75 for an initial visit and $35 for a follow-up). This fee is enforced. Please note that all Monday appointments will require Friday notification.
